Easter Sunday 16/04/2017 at 5.45am saw
Mark-Aaron and twenty six other sturdy
souls celebrate the risen Lord with a
Sunrise Service at Maxey church
followed by breakfast in the Lady Chapel.

Maxey hosted the Benefice Service on 30th
April and it was well attended. The service
saw the return of activities for children
during the sermon, something we have
missed and was overseen by
Tina Lapinskis and Jenny Homewood.
Thank you ladies for your hard work.
Apologies for the picture which is a screen
shot from our CCTV. If you have a better one
I could use please send it to me.

Clean team 2017"
On Saturday 20th May, a good team
turned out to give St Pega’s Church
a spring clean, both inside and out.
Thanks to all involved who came to dust,
polish, wax, remove moss, remove ivy,
prune or any one of a number of other jobs.

The Church looks wonderful for it”.

The July Benefice Service will be a
Pet Blessing Service in Glinton at 10.30am.
Further details will be published
as they become available.
Feel free to bring your horse
or other larger pets as an outdoor
service is planned.

Whilst we didn't receive a visitor on horseback the Pet Service was well attended.
